our little baller...

on friday, we did halloween on the fayetteville square again this year...mccoy went as a baller, but some of the time, he also looked the part of a white rapper...so funny! it is so neat at the square because all of the surrounding businesses hand out candy to the little trick or treaters! our count was up from last year...we made it to 3 pieces of candy, plus a cupcake!

we are still in the unpacking and painting phase of our move, so i don't have any photos to show of the new home...but i did decide to do an extreme picture blast of everything we have been up to since the middle of september! here we go...

the move went really well...right now, i am finalizing paint colors for the rooms, and we are almost ready to tackle those! mccoy was upset for a good week before we moved, but now, he is back to his entertaining self! his favorite things to do are make the touchdown arm motion, say "roar" after i say bear, and of course, clap for himself...oh, and we just learned "uh oh"...hopefully, it won't be another month until i blog again! up next...halloween!

blogging absence...

sorry...sorry...sorry for the blogging absence! a month ago, i was trying to download a video of mccoy walking (which didn't work...but yes, he finally started walking at 14 1/2 months!!!) so then, i got mad at blogger and refused to confront my undownloadable video...then three weeks ago, we sold our house (yay yay...we actually only had it on the market for three weeks...and we do know how lucky we are!!!)... now, we are in packing overload! i feel like all i do is pack (which would also explain the lack of blogging...if i'm blogging, then i'm not packing!) where was i...oh yeah, i pack, mccoy unpacks...i pack, mccoy unpacks...and it keeps repeating! but this weekend we are officially moving! luckily, my parents are keeping mccoy for the weekend, so burt and i can tackle this!

then, it was off to the swings...first, i sat him in my lap in the regular swings...he wasn't too sure of that...but then he got to be in his own...wheeeeeee
